    A male USPS employee and a female manager (Liz) showed me my package and then flatly refused to give it to me because, even though I provided my mailbox key, showed them mail that I had just retrieved from my PO Box, and a digital driver's license. The employee and manager each refused to place the package inside my mailbox or in a parcel locker so that I could retrieve it with my key. The manager Liz said that I needed to have a physical I.D, but I did not bring one because I got a notification that the package was delivered to my parcel locker, and you don't need an ID to retrieve it that way -- you just need the parcel locker key. The locker key was not inside my mailbox, so I had to go up to the counter and ask for the package. Originally they could not locate it. After waiting about 25 minutes, they eventually found my package, but then the manager, Liz, refused to hand it to me, even though I had my mailbox key with me. She was very abusive towards me, and refused to let me retrieve the package. She also refused to put the package inside my mailbox or parcel locker, where it was already supposed to be, so I was unable to retrieve it, even though it said it was delivered and even though I provided my mailbox key. My husband went back 6 hours later, and there was still no key in the mailbox to retrieve the package and the tracking number shows "delivered to a parcel locker" 12 hours ago. The manager intentionally denied us the package and refuses to deliver it. We are forced to get our mail at this branch, since we are not offered local delivery, and they make us pay for the boxes and don't provide the refunds for the PO Box fee that they said they would if you are local resident. The employees here routinely withhold your mail If they do not like you, and complaints to the manager go nowhere because she is the one driving this behavior. They are extremely hostile to customers. This is not the first time she has withheld our mail or denied us access to it.

    I love our postal workers. They are always helpful and efficient. Over the years, they've come to recognize me. I am met with a smile and a cheerful greeting whenever I pop in for counter services.
