I have had a postal worker arrange a after hours let me hurry grab my two large boxes at 5:15 and hold packages that were huge taking up space for a few days til I could get into Kenai. Lastly… always responding to my messages and never mean rude or nasty… here is the kick in the pants part …. My mailbox has been in Nikiski for about a year (I moved down last Oct) I don’t know why but a few boxes just do a different route. Kenai USPS doesn’t have to ever help me out but they do. They also took a whole Nikiski post office into Kenai usps for a couple months and made that work out for all of us patrons too. Postal Rock Stars! Five stars! Thank you! All Saints!

- CICalvin Williams IIMar 7, 20203.0There was one person behind the counter who was extremely helpful and very competent in their job, which makes it worse that the other person I had dealt with was so terrible in their position. Previously I had needed assistance sending certified mail and was made to feel like an inconvenience for asking questions. Then the person completely messed up what I had to send and I had to return, pay again, and now wait another month to have extremely important paperwork properly filed. At best lazy and incompetent; at worst actively trying to sabotage me. The other person very effectively informed me of my options and available services in a timely and professional manner.
