  If I could give this place zero stars I would. Let’s start with customer service. It’s horrible, to say the least. Management is unreachable, probably because he’s never even there, and the place appears to be ran with no efficiency and no care. Nobody seems to have proper knowledge of anything and it’s like talking to a bunch of rocks. Not everyone is bad there, I have a nice delivery guy on North Forest who always seems eager to help and goes out of his way. Probably about the only one who seems to know what he’s doing, he’s the only reason I’d even give this place a star. Anyway, the location itself is ran horribly from a customers perspective and I don’t understand how they still function. Explains why the turnover rate is so high.

  Very upsetting “service”. Conflict tracking status (virtual assistant, text/email updates and customer service (when you finally get through to a person who speaks pre written responses that are not pertinent to the issue). I paid for the most expensive overnight service to send a package critical to get to San Diego by 9:30 the next day (and it sat all day in Alaska and then was sent to Memphis TN arriving at 1am. All this time I got no updates (I had signed up for Email and text updates. A call at 4am to their customer service assured me that the package was indeed in San Diego even though online tracking never updated to leave Memphis. Finally after the delivery time had passed I was able to get escalated to a person who said it was still in Memphis and hopefully it will be at destination 24 hours late. The irony is that as this last agent explained all Xpress packages go through Memphis, regardless of the final destination. If I had not sent it, Express, it would’ve waited for a flight from Anchorage down to California last night and probably would’ve still made it to San Diego by my deadline. So if you ever have to send something that you need to know when it’s gonna get there find out from the agent when you put the package in at their office what routes it would be taking based on the level of service. I should have read previous reviews before I ever use this service. I went by past experience years ago, where FedEx was a decent company, but this was a fail on so many levels I would not recommend using FedEx!!

  How is it, there no friggin direct phone number to the ACTUAL location in Kenai? BS!
