- DSD SJul 5, 20181.0Instead of contacting the customer to let them know that the package was ready for pickup; they thought it was a good idea to send an express package back to the mainland when the customer was slow to pick up the package. That makes no seance and waist resources. Next time, pick up a phone or hold the package instead of sending it back 2000 miles.
