  I just wanted to come on here and express my appreciation for Mike, who was very patient with me on the phone. I was trying to get in touch with anyone from UPS that might be able to stop a package from being "returned to sender". He explained that they (the Juneau UPS Store) would not be the ones to call for this kind of inquiry, but he still did what he could to help me out...I know customer service isn't exactly an easy feat. Especially when the customer hasn't called the correct number to begin with. So, thanks for humoring me, Mike. Your willingness to assist did not go unnoticed.

  This location *really* needs a drop box if it's not going to open until 9am. I tried dropping a package at 7:15 am (that has a pre-made mailer so I couldn't just ship with USPS), but it's closed and there's no option to do that. For working people, shipping only 9-5 just isn't ideal.

  Such a great resource for Juneau to have. They’ve always done everything they can to help me get my packages out. I can’t believe people are on here complaining. This ups store has made Juneau life much more convenient for us.

  The store owners do not know what they are doing or how a UPS Store operates. I have had two orders of Nespresso shipped to their location through Nespresso when I placed the order. The first time I went to pick up my order, the owners tried to charge me $10 for my order. I tried to explain that they are a pick up location. The owner called his rep and she explained that his store is an access point. And that there is no charge to pick up my package. He then gave me my package. The second time I picked my Nespresso order, he tried to again charge me $10 and said last time he gave it to me with no charge as a courtesy. I said he is an access point and he told me I was wrong and needed to pay $10 for my already paid package. I told him I would not pay $10 for my package and he cannot hold my mail. He said I can pay him or he can call the police on me. I found it crazy the white owner would jump to calling the police on me a Hispanic male. Because he doesn’t understand how UPS stores work. That he would send my package back to Nespresso and I can have it shipped to my home if I would not pay $10. I told him to get his store rep on the phone. He refused to. I said his store rep explained last time that his store is an access point for package pick up. He finally got his store rep on the phone and she explained again that his store is an access point for packages like Nespresso. The store rep explained how to release the package to me. He said his computer screen is going blank when he scans my package. He was instructed to contact IT support. He was then told to get the paper mail package log. He said I do not have one. The store rep stated they had talked about it and he should have one as a backup for computer issues to release packages. So the store owner just had me sign a piece of random paper. This place has no idea what they doing.
