  No door tag left and they returned the package to the shipper, that was time sensitive. I didn't realize they even attempted to deliver while I was out of the office until my boss asked if I received it yet. I called and found out they had attempted to deliver three times. No slip left so I could reschedule the delivery or pick up at their location. I tried to file a complaint and they said I couldn't because it was "no longer my package" due to being sent back to the shipper and that the shipper would have to file the complaint for me which is utterly ridiculous. Terrible company made worse by incompetent local delivery.

  I ordered two parcels through FedEx. One parcel was delayed to just sit in the office, flagged as out for delivery Friday at 2:49 PM, proceeded to sit in the delivery driver's truck all night until Saturday morning when it showed up. The second parcel was set to be delivered last Wednesday. It was flagged as out for delivery, then by end of day was flagged as sitting in the office. No updates, it continues to sit. Monday I create a case to figure out why my package is still sitting. Today (Tuesday) it magically showed up. The box was torn open, taped back together, and 3 items were missing from the box. So either someone there stole them, or the box exploded during transit and no one bothered to do anything about it or notify me. Avoid if you have other shipping options.

  Had to wait a week extra for my order when I paid for fast shipping…went to FedEx forgot my ID the lady at the front desk told me I needed it just to come back to people using a security badge from there work… plus they lost my package and had to wait a week longer
