  Had to wait a week extra for my order when I paid for fast shipping…went to FedEx forgot my ID the lady at the front desk told me I needed it just to come back to people using a security badge from there work… plus they lost my package and had to wait a week longer

  These people are no help when you call about a fish shipment . Your system never provides customer service . I don't like dealing with businesses without customer service.

  Warning/Reminder!! As of 11-3-23, there is a sign on the door stating the office is open from 7:30am-10:30am for drop off. Good Luck!

  These guys don’t make the delivery then mark the orders as delivered. It has happened multiple times.
