- AIAlexandria IveyMar 20, 20253.0NO TAPE AVAILABLE. They did not have tape available to close both ends of my box so I had to purchase tape from them for $4. Be sure to have your box prepared prior or bring your own tape. Customer Service was good though.
- MMMelissa MorrisseyFeb 4, 20231.0I had a package coming I needed to sign for. They came in the middle of the day, so no one was there to sign. I went in the next day to pick it up at the post office but they couldn’t find it. I set a re-deliver option and made an electronic signature so I wouldn’t have to sign when it came. We went back to the post office the next day, and they said it’s still not there. But they said when the trucks come in and scan at night, surely they will know where it is. Turns out instead of bringing it back to the JBER office after the failed delivery, the sent it straight back to the distribution center so I could never pick it up (they said it was a new driver). They told us the distribution center “doesn’t have a phone number to call” so to just wait and be patient. Anyway, they said every day it will be rerouted back here for a week. It never rerouted. The tracking number never changed or had updated information. We’ve been going in and asking about it, but they won’t look and gave us a fake phone number for their office (“out of order”). 🙄 I’m getting emails from USPS saying it will return to sender soon though I literally can’t do anything about it. (You know, if it’s ever found). I hope that does happen so we can ask them use FedEx instead.
