But uh oh they tore out the signature to autorize re-delivery so we had to go into their office which is open a whopping 4 hours minus lunch breaks. We waited for lunch to finish and lcom the office again to unload a plane. Basically got not help but a shrug "oh well". Lousy customer service and hours especially with the BS rates they charge.
