- RBrobert burbineMar 11, 20201.0Yesterday I went in to request some documents to change my address. The gentleman that I spoke to was by the name of Stan. While waiting in line, he was helping someone else, and the way Stan was acting towards him was rude, disrespectful, and just flat out unprofessional. Then when he was done with him, I was seen by him, and I requested three change of address forms and he declined to get me any forms. My wife, literally had to come and try to get the forms. He was also rude and disrespectful to her as well. If I was able to give a negative star review I would. Definitely using off post from now.

We need more people with that kind of knowledge. Amazing customer service! Always glad to visit that postal office.
