- JHJonathon HouschJan 5, 20261.0USPS lost my package and their response was basically “oh well.” The only thing they offered to replace was the shipping fee, as if it doesn’t matter that my mail was lost or possibly stolen. That does absolutely nothing to fix the actual problem. I spent hours dealing with automated systems, endless AI prompts, and phone menus nearly two hours just to reach a real person only to be told they couldn’t help me. No accountability, no real solution, and no concern for the customer. USPS is a joke at this point. I will never use them again to mail anything important.

- AHAmber HaneyDec 22, 20181.0Mail gets lost 90 % of the time or delivered to wrong house. The mail person is ALWAYS putting parcels in a broken box that the post office refuses to fix. Lady at the desk is rude and inconvenienced when she has to put in for a parcel to be retrieved bc the mail person keeps messing up. Just a terrible place and inconsistent mail delivery.

We need more people with that kind of knowledge. Amazing customer service! Always glad to visit that postal office.
