Every transaction has been handled professionally and each arrived in the time described at shipping with no damage and no losses. One clerk suggested a cheaper way of packaging an item, and did it for me! This never happens at the USPS... Great job!

I paid to ship two packages with them I was told about a guaranteed shipment date and if it wasn't guaranteed that I would get my shipping money back. I put insurance on both packages one package showed up on time the other did not the one that did not show up on time came extremely damaged and when I went to go do an insurance claim on it they said because they didn't package it they wouldn't honor the insurance. I didn't ask for my rent money back for shipping since I didn't get there on time and I've been on a two month long run around with the store manager at Naomi who refuses to call me back or give me any good information. All I want is my money back I don't understand how hard it is for a corporate company just to refund the money that you put down on your credit card but no I have to wait for a check to months later. Horrible communication, horrible service,horrible everything don't use them!
