A staff pasted an international forever stamp immediately on my flat mail without making further confirmations, then I told him I need a tracking number for this international flat mail and he's mad at me like why I did not tell him what he needs to do. To let people know the selections of mailing is also your job! BTW, this staff is also very rude to an old lady after me. Will never come here again.
