Nakita took the time to make sure all our paperwork was in order and guided us in making a couple of corrections. The pictures were good, and we finished our appointment early. Years ago, we used other locations for passports due to the negative reviews of the Fairbanks office. We have been to the Fairbanks office for the last four passports our family has needed, and have had only positive experiences. The two other employees helping customers were also pleasant and helpful.

She recently did mines made me reschedule my appointment to bring in things that weren’t even needed for the passport process. Long story short now all my important documents that I had to mail off for the passport are being held hostage for not being needed. And the process to receive them back is a complete headache. Here I am no passport being processed, no important documents returning, no refund. Wow thanks lady, could have all been avoided if they would’ve just listened to me the first time when I said I didn’t need to send all these documents.
