I have had "items left in lockers" (we have no lockers, let alone keys) Items unable to be delivered and no pink slip to indicate as such, enrire packages disapearing once reaching ER. Twice we were givens someone elses package. I called today to compain and the postmaster themselves said they were having problems with this particular mailperson. Ridiclous. Step it up guys....it aint rocket surgery. I miss our old Postman, the guy with the Jeep. He kicked butt.

- WSw singletonJan 10, 20261.0We rarely get packages in our actual mailbox, even though we have large boxes for packages. They put in a note on Amazon that says access code required. We don’t use access codes here. And, it often takes a couple of days for it to make it back to the post office where we can actually pick it up. I will say the people in the post office have been pleasant enough. They try to be helpful. I have had packages never arrived. And packages lost. And other packages put in my box that aren’t mine. No wonder the post office is about to go bankrupt. You would think with federal benefits, postal workers would actually do their job, but the majority of the ones up here don’t seem to. And we are very reliant on our Postal Service in Alaska to get things that are not readily available.
- LLLDec 16, 20251.0They have a pick up window but it's literally never open. Have to wait forever in line just to pick up a package. Not to mention the laziest mail men ever. They don't deliver my packages because "they can't find my address " and usps is literally the only one with this issue. And I don't find out i could have picked it up from the post office until after they hold it and then send it back. They don't want to walk into my building and find the apartment so they just pull the "can't find address" bs. Anytime I go into this location, I am met with the most incompetent people i have ever met. Slowest service ever and half the time these people don't even know what they are doing. Usps please provide more competent employees because I am so sick of the incompetence at this location.
