  UPS quoted me a price to ship to the Kenai. It was half of what the post office charged. So we told the person what it was going to cost to purchase our artwork plus the shipping and they agreed and sent us the money. When we went back to ship it UPS said they don’t ship to Kenai and we had to mail through USPS. We had to cover half the shipping that we would not have done if they had been truthful up front. When I complained about it their customer service was terrible.

  I arrived five minutes early for a scheduled 2PM appointment for notary services. I waited in line and when I got to the front, I was told that the notary was on lunch and that I was welcome to hang out in the corner and wait. After 15 minutes, I asked another staff member when the notary would be returning from their lunch. They told me they weren't sure and that they weren't even positive that this store employs a notary, but that I could keep on waiting until this person returns. When I pressed the issue of me having an appointment scheduled for 2PM, they replied, "What do you want me to do? I can't call them off lunch." I was then advised it still might still be another 15 minutes before this employee returns. I guess it was too difficult to call or text this person to see if they are a notary and when they were returning. Since I already had been in the store for 20 minutes and it might still be another 15 minutes for this employee (who might not even be a notary) to return, I decided to take my business elsewhere where my time is respected. Terrible customer service.

  I would give -1,000,000 stars if I could. I admit I waited much to long to mail my Christmas gifts. However, I paid $125 to have a guaranteed Christmas Eve delivery. Come to find out, UPS sucks. The clerk at this location entered the incorrect address, causing a delay in delivery. The “supervisor” at the Cedar City store called to get a corrected address AFTER the delivery drivers had gone home.

  Khayllia, Megan & Cherise are amazing. They are always so helpful every time I come in. They helped me get my box set up and made the whole process for my passport photo and application super easy. Their customer service is consistently excellent, and that’s why I always come here. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

  I’ve been using this store for a mail box and mail forwarding for 7 years. I’m kinda like a snow bird on a long vacation. We have been living in our RV for and traveling all over the US. I have a had Mail forwarded to at least a dozen different locations. I always get my mail! Along with great service a pleasant associates. Thanks!! Team 2206.
