- ASAJ SimsApr 24, 20251.0Dropped a priority box in the outgoing bin. Next day no update on the tracking so I went in, they couldn't find it so they said it probably had been taken already. Two days after that still no update. Go back again and the tracking still said the USPS was "waiting on the package". Clerk at the counter told me that it likely just wasn't scanned when it left the building, but the fact that it wasn't updated yet means whatever the next facility was (Anchorage) didn't scan it in either, even though it was supposed to be on a plane that day. So our package is dead in Anchorage somewhere. The clerk proceeded to conveniently tell me that since it hasn't been scanned, there's "technically no proof that we ever received it", the implication of course being they aren't liable to do anything about it.

They say if you have a mail box they will deliver your packages but they won't they will send back to the office or mark it vacant and send it back. Worse UPSP around.
