  Service has deteriorated since getting new workers and a new post master. Entire town keeps receiving other peoples mail. Post master wont look through camera footage either to track down packages that were wrongfully handed out.

  The worst post office in history. The people working here and running this are lazy, will not do their job, they lie about everything, and are the most unhelpful people i know of. I send/recieve packages here twice a month and they always take at least 2 weeks before the package is delivered, because it just sits in their back storage room because the people working here are lazy and wont do their jobs. And they lie about everything, when my package is more than 2 weeks late their excuse is constantly saying "our plane broke down", but when you call the mail service theyll tell you theyre still delivering every day and just did a delivery that day and every previous day this week, and tracking shows that my package is already delivered to barrow 3+ days ago and sitting at the post office. Its always the same thing, every time, every package, and the package has medication that has to be delivered on time (asthma and diabetes), but it never fails, no matter how soon i give it and how much extra time i give it, its still ALWAYS a week late at minimum, most times its 2 or 3 weeks late. And anytime i do a complaint or file a lost package claim, it suddenly shows up the next day, because its always sitting in the back of their storage room and the people just wont do their job until they absolutely have to. This is the worst post office ive ever used, the people should be fired. They refuse to help or do anything until theyre already 2+ weeks late and they absolutely have to or theyll get in trouble. They always straight up lie to your face when you can prove their lying and constantly blame everyone else because theyre lazy and refuse to do their very simple easy job. Theyre the least helpful, most useless, habitual liars, chronically lazy people. ALWAYS use anywhere else if you have any other option at all. Youll regret using this post office, especially if its anything you need in a somewhat timely manner, theyll say 3-6 days from anywhere in the world, and it will be delivered in that time, but its gonna get to this post office and sit in the back room for at least 2 weeks before theyll give it to you. And THIS SAME THING HAPPENS EVERY MONTH FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS STRAIGHT. I cant emphasize enough how terrible this place is and how much you should go with ANY other option if you have one. WORST POST OFFICE IN HISTORY AND WORST AND MOST USELESS, LAZY, LYING, STAFF EVER. Id give it negative 5 stars if i could. Only in government jobs can you not do the 1 simple, minimal, easy, thing youre hired to do, and still keep your job.

  Not all the windows are open so it takes a bit if there is a line other than that it is a great place
