- DDDeJaneeApr 17, 20261.0If you have an elderly parent or grandparent, please read this. On April 14, my 78-year-old grandmother went to the Muldoon Post Office to mail a tote overseas to my husband, who is active duty military. She paid nearly $200 for this service. Before bringing the tote inside, she went in and asked Clerk #9 (lead clerk) if anyone could assist her or if a dolly was available. She was told no. No assistance, no guidance, no alternative offered. There was no one outside to help her, so she was left to go back out, lift the tote herself, and carry it into the building alone. After she had already done that, another employee questioned why a dolly wasn’t offered—which tells you everything you need to know. As of days later, she is still dealing with body pain from having to carry that item. I understand there may be limits on physically assisting customers, but there is a basic level of awareness and care that should come into play when a 78-year-old is standing in front of you asking for help—and that did not happen here. This wasn’t about special treatment. This was about basic decency. For a service that cost nearly $200, this experience was unacceptable. Do better.

I’ve update my info multiple times to fully include the right address and unit number and still nothing. I got an update saying delivery wasnt possible even though I know for a fact it wasn’t even tried. I tried to schedule a redelivery and still nothing. It’s almost like if it takes more than them dropping a note in the mailbox they won’t deliver. Once I get my stuff from here I’ll NEVER be using them again
