- EFE Fleming6 days ago1.0What is wrong with this store? They always only have one person working and they hire a high school kid that can’t help people, especially on the weekends. They should have 2 or three people helping people the lines are always so long and the workers seem like they don’t really care to hurry up.
- BBBettina BaronApr 16, 20261.0I went to the UPS store on 34th Ave in Anchorage. I asked for 2 boxes specifically for china. They were 16x16. I was charged $20 for each box. At the time I did think it was a lot of money but my mom recently passed away and I needed to ship stuff back to my house that day. I didn’t have time to react. I loaded up my boxes and brought them to FedEx to ship. I still needed another box so I bought 1 at FedEx for $4. SAME SIZE and SAME THICKNESS. They were not extra thick for china. I just called back and the same lady verified that they charge $20 for the box. Lesson learned….Go to FedEx!! Photos show that they are the same boxes!!

Went in there today and made 105 copies, asked for the card, and evidently they've thrown them all away ("oh yeah. we cleared a bunch of stuff out") - absolutely not okay.. And to make up for it you gave a generous $5 off my order.. A really crappy way for you to do business . --A 4/18/26 follow-up - UPS corporate from the Lower-48 called me several weeks ago, asked what had happened, said they or the local UPS people would get back to me, and then, nothing... And I did "reach out" and email the local "store 0055" email address, and nothing.. They threw away a whole box of customers prepaid copy cards and don't want to deal with it..
