After seeing other reports of issues with delivering parcels and not giving you the key. It has happened to me. I have 3 parcels that were delivered and locked in the large parcel box. I’ve left the carrier a nice letter where he can see it and he just throws the junk mail through it. I called the customer service line and took 20minutes through the automated message and the lady I finally spoke to was nice and I got an email of this issue being fixed today. Had two carriers and still no key to my parcels. This is uncalled for.

No handicap assist on the doors, very difficult access. No automated postage vending machine, so you're forced to stand in the ridiculous line for a simple transaction.

The 800 phone number is useless, I was trying to figure out what documents I need to get a replacement key only to talk to an automated reply system.

I have read all the reviews on this post office and while I will say I waited awhile, the people at the front desk were nothing but helpful and kind. They took the time to go dig around when they didn’t have to for a package I had placed on hold. They are in a busy section of town and I believe they do their job as efficiently as possible given the situation.
