- EGExploring GingerJan 4, 20221.0After seeing other reports of issues with delivering parcels and not giving you the key. It has happened to me. I have 3 parcels that were delivered and locked in the large parcel box. I’ve left the carrier a nice letter where he can see it and he just throws the junk mail through it. I called the customer service line and took 20minutes through the automated message and the lady I finally spoke to was nice and I got an email of this issue being fixed today. Had two carriers and still no key to my parcels. This is uncalled for.

They took the time to go dig around when they didn’t have to for a package I had placed on hold. They are in a busy section of town and I believe they do their job as efficiently as possible given the situation.
