Told her carrier issues I’ve been having and she told me they will be solved asap and she even drove over to my neighborhood to open our shared mailboxes to find my package my carrier misplaced within the hour of getting off the phone with me! Great help that’s hard to come by nowadays
- CBChris BrandtJan 15, 20262.0Customer service is always lacking. They don't seem to understand better customer service = money. They are always understaffed! I have been now 3 times to try and pickup a box that is supposed to be here. Each time they say the manager would call me back about it. Manager never calls. I think it is time to privatize the US Postal Service. They need to be run like a business making profit and not a government facility tied to endless money not mater what happens.
- SCSidney CrosbyDec 2, 20255.0I had a package that was urgently needed. I didn't get a name, but there was a lady that helped me out. I assume she was Jamaican from her accent and ethnicity. Anyways, she saved the day for me! I asked her if she could get in the shipping container and pull my package before it went out on route for delivery. If she did not do this an important event would have been ruined. She said she would pull the package if she was feeling "generous"... LOL. She was very generous and like I said, she saved the day. As a thank you I brought her some McD's and Starbucks coffee. Thanks again so much. :)
