- SCSidney CrosbyDec 2, 20255.0I had a package that was urgently needed. I didn't get a name, but there was a lady that helped me out. I assume she was Jamaican from her accent and ethnicity. Anyways, she saved the day for me! I asked her if she could get in the shipping container and pull my package before it went out on route for delivery. If she did not do this an important event would have been ruined. She said she would pull the package if she was feeling "generous"... LOL. She was very generous and like I said, she saved the day. As a thank you I brought her some McD's and Starbucks coffee. Thanks again so much. :)

The fact that they are not willing to take an extra moment to help people, speaks to a lamentable decline in customer service quality. My dad retired from the usps, he would be ashamed of how far its commitment to customer service has fallen.

Little to say my package never made it past this location on the first day it arrived ti this location i got a failed delivery attempt on the tracking website which is just mind blowing considering it hasn’t even left the state and something has already went wrong. Super sketchy they my package is being delivered to Alaska and not Texas
