The fact that they are not willing to take an extra moment to help people, speaks to a lamentable decline in customer service quality. My dad retired from the usps, he would be ashamed of how far its commitment to customer service has fallen.

Little to say my package never made it past this location on the first day it arrived ti this location i got a failed delivery attempt on the tracking website which is just mind blowing considering it hasn’t even left the state and something has already went wrong. Super sketchy they my package is being delivered to Alaska and not Texas

She also tried to find the best price options for me. I like that they have Saturday hours and the location is very convenient.
- JMJim McMasterFeb 2, 20161.0The employees who are paid to deliver the mail to the 1200 block of Dimond from this location need to be sent back to remedial schooling where they belong. It's difficult to pin down who is the worst, because you no doubt keep transfering the really bad ones. Not only can they not follow their own instructions regarding mail delivery, their writing skills are atrocious. The 'young lady' this last few months is insolent & derisive of customers (Not me, I am referring to her reaction to an elderly lady coming forward to check her mail while I was there.) & even AFTER an employee left a note in my box to disallow mail excepting to my business & my personal name?...I still get mail from three-previous tenants. #burgerflippershaveyourmail
