Said that they’ve been having troubles forwarding packages but there shouldn’t be any reason why a package is sitting in the sorting facility in a spot other than where it’s meant to be to be sent out to customer. Now I don’t have my packages and had to change my plan for my birthday. Great. Customer service was terrible as well.
