- GGglockxeboAug 2, 20251.0Scanned my package as out for delivery then forwarded it to a new address. Ever since it got forwarded I haven’t been provided with any updates on where the package may be. Said that they’ve been having troubles forwarding packages but there shouldn’t be any reason why a package is sitting in the sorting facility in a spot other than where it’s meant to be to be sent out to customer. Now I don’t have my packages and had to change my plan for my birthday. Great. Customer service was terrible as well.

- MMMischievous MoonMay 8, 20231.0Such a horrible post office, tracking says mail is available for pickup, and then its not even there, they don't even know where your packages are at, and they don't care, this isn't even a staff shortage issue, this is an issue with people not wanting to do their jobs and the mail carriers actually stealing the packages and getting away with it, Supervisors wont listen or do anything about it. I will be reporting this post office and having them investigated, because too many of my packages have showed up missing. Packages being marked as delivered and nowhere to be found, literally seeing the mailman not even get out of his vehicle and marking packages as delivered. OR packages being marked as delivered and showing up two days later... that happens Alot. And you practically have a new mail man every other day, its absolutely insane.
