- BGBrook GibsonJul 29, 20251.0They never deliver any packages knowing its medicine that needs to refridgerated. They know im handicapped too. They purposely do not let me know its in even though i am signed up for notifications. The post office has an OIG for reports. This one is going to start getting them. There is no excuse to not deliver me my mail. We even have large mailboxes for packages. They give those to the non handicap people whose $6k meds wont go bad. The VA is noting it too. It will catch up with them eventually and it will not be pretty.
- RRReginaJul 17, 20235.0I have been doing business at East Chester Post Office for over 40 years. I know the staff and they're great people and always friendly. This Post Office can get very busy at times and I do notice the staff shortage. I've had some of the best Mail carriers deliver my mail. One Postal Carrier, he went the extra mile when I had an knee replacement by doing extra by being patient enough for me to get to the door or even just raise my garage door where he could bring my mail-in to me. He should be named the employee of the year. Keep up the great work.
