Come to find out, the delivery man kept delivering my mail even with the hold request. Filled another request out in person after a month of lost mail. Go back as I haven’t received any mail for weeks at my new address and wanting to see if there was any mail to pick up at my old address. They tell me nothing is in their system for my mail. Can someone tell me how I’m supposed to receive ANY mail if neither online and in-person can get it entered into USPS’s system?!?!?
