- HKHina KilioniJan 13, 20265.0I moved to Midtown almost a year ago, and I’ve spent quite some time at this USPS. I just came in to switch addresses and it’s pretty bittersweet. The ladies here (and Dylan, I think that’s his name) have been exceptional with their customer service skills. The female that’s always here (I’m mad I never got her name) is top tier aloha spirit (I can tell she’s from Hawaii too). Even through the holidays, they kept their cool and their smiles. Even the temps they hired over the holidays were exceptional. Grateful for their excellent service. I don’t know where the negative reviews are coming from (I get it; we all think we’re important), but I never experienced issues from them. Mahalo USPS Team on B Street.
