- MBMs. Emily Norton BerrocalJun 25, 20251.0The Asian post office worker was quite rude. Poor customer service. I had a piece of paper about a redelivery but written on it said the word unclaimed. I explained that the Post Office doesn’t do that in the lower 48. She kept repeating the word “unclaimed” like I’m supposed to know what that means. I told her she needs to work on her customer service skills. Hell, this whole state needs to work on its customer service skills.
