Make up different excuses for multiple days until I have to go pick up packages myself. They are the worse location I have ever dealt with. Someone needs to step in and fix this place!!!

Once that was explained to them, they said I should start getting mail. The postal carrier continues to refuse to deliver despite delivering to other boxes literally attached to our box.
