The Asian post office worker was quite rude. Poor customer service. I had a piece of paper about a redelivery but written on it said the word unclaimed. I explained that the Post Office doesn’t do that in the lower 48. She kept repeating the word “unclaimed” like I’m supposed to know what that means. I told her she needs to work on her customer service skills. Hell, this whole state needs to work on its customer service skills.

Customer service was extremely slow and wouldn’t give pens out then ask you to get out of line. Had next to nothing for boxes for shipping. Overall was a waste of time to go to if trying to ship anything.

The parking lot leaves a lot to be desired in the winter. I slipped on the ice getting out of my vehicle and hurt my elbow.
