I witnessed him tell an older lady to use the self-service kiosk because he had too much to do (there was no line) while the self-service kiosk drop-off area was overflowing with packages.

The girl working (I won’t mention her name, just that she was working 1:00p on 9/12/23) actually told me I was a BURDEN to UPS workers because I didn’t tape it up. She proceeded to lecture me about how Amazon returns work. It was wild and I won’t go back to that location ever- Kohls for my returns from now on.
