  Truly disappointed with DHL. I always use to trust and was always satisfied with their services but now I Was suppose to recieve my package before Christmas but ended up being misdelivered with a forged signature. Now I cant even get even a little information of where it could have been mis delivered. Couldn't get with a supervisor or anything. Was even given a manager email that didnt even work or exist. Im truly disappointed and im at a lost as my package was expensive and tariff fee on top!

  If I could give this NON DHL Contractor a -5 I would!! I have had so much problems getting a package that took 3 DAYS to get here from Southern England and I called and spoke with them on Thursday to go over the "DELIVERY" address , But yet again they have me stuck on a HOLD FOR PICK UP LIST even though 6 "Customer service" agents and 2"Supervisors PROMISED me that my packages would ALWAYS be delivered to my home, THAT I PAID FOR !!! but friday came and ,NO Package!! they called and explained some BS excuse and that it would be delivered Monday, I called just before Noon and the Girl Promised me it was on the truck and is out for delivery! BUT YET Here it is at 10:18 in the evening and NO PACKAGE !! I was also PROMISED a call from the Driver when he got close , but again, NOTHING!!! This business should never be used, but because I have no control over this, I either stop buying from these people for years, which is sad, because all of them are one man Operations, The problem is I have two more on the way from New Zealand to deal with !! And supposedly soon !!! Think About This , it took 3 days to get from england to Alaska and it has been 5 DAYS To make it from Anchorage to Peters Creek barely over 30-40 miles !!! I can tell by the reviews from years ago to recent ones there must have been a change of either Manager or Sub-Contractor , I go through this almost, if not EVERY MONTH!! I'm sick of Promises, AND I ALSO HAVE A RING DOORBELL, SO NO EXCUSES

  I waited for driver. I saw I was next stop. Driver never came to my house and then said it was undeliverable.

  I paid for express delivery in my package and the store sent my package with DHL. Awful experience. They were supposed to deliver my package yesterday and I checked the map and the driver was in front of my building and marked the delivery attempt could not be completed. I called and asked why. They said the driver said he didn’t have the code for the security door. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY SECURITY DOOR. I explained that to them and they said it was a mistake and they would deliver my package today without complications. I waited all day. It’s 4pm and the office is already closed and I don’t have my package yet. I guess the driver was just too lazy to get to my door.

  DHL claimed to deliver my package to my CLOSED office on a Saturday. Because of their inaccurate tracking system I was unable to be reimbursed for my purchase. DON'T USE THEM!
