- RRRebecka ReeseFeb 16, 20241.0The lady at the front is ALWAYS rude to me. I just moved here and have had a difficult time with my mail. She is always so rude and disrespectful. I dread going in there to get my mail! From now on my husband will go in with me. As Everytime I come out I'm always upset with how she has treated me. It's simply disappointing. Don't work in customer service if you have a bad attitude I have NEVER once EVER been rude or disrespectful to her. She treats me like I'm a child and is beyond rude.

- DSDanni StilesSep 23, 20231.0Lady treated me like I was 5 when I asked her a simple question and walked out extremely embarrassed by the way she handled it. EDIT. (1 year later) The other day I went to get mail because I moved and accidentally got shipped to the wrong address, I went in and NO ONE was in line so as anyone would do I walked up to the counter. There was a piece of tape and a package on the table, but no one was there. I patiently waited and as I did two more people hopped in line. The lady came from the back and I started with “Hi goodmorning my package-“ when she cut me off and said “You need to go stand over there I’m already helping someone”. Oh- was my first thought. Not even “Sorry let me help this customer before I get to you”. If you’re gonna work in customer service, at least have a smile when you say something rude.

So the whole small town courtesy thing has been thrown out the window. Disgruntled employees, etc.
