The forward facing customer service here is awful. They are grouchy, rude and not helpful in any way at all. If you hate your job, please quit. There are many people who are looking for work and would appreciate the job more than you.
I ordered two drawers, set you Will Call and had a staff member run in to pick up. Unfortunately they didn’t fit so I went online and completed the return request and emailed it to my staff member as instructed by the return request online information. My staff drove there with the paperwork and the drawers and was rudely turned away stating that the paperwork was not correct. Do better Uline. Train your staff to provide actual customer service.
