Instead, we stood there for 45 minutes without a single acknowledgment. No greeting. No “we’ll be with you shortly.” No eye contact. Not even a courtesy glance. When we finally left, visibly frustrated, there was still no attempt to engage, apologize, or retain our business. Nothing. This wasn’t about being busy; it was about a complete lack of basic customer service and human decency. If standing ignored in a retail store for nearly an hour is acceptable here, customers should know that before walking in. We took our business elsewhere, where we were treated like actual people. Bell should seriously reconsider how this location understands customer service because this experience was unacceptable.
