  I just booked a freight shipment going to London, Ontario and the guy that I talked to over the phone is so ARROGANT. Totally not a fit in "costumer service".

  I gave them 1 star, because you can't post with zero stars. I have never met with a company so incomparably inept. The telephone 'service' is appalling. Shocking. The staff are very poorly trained, completely incapable of problem solving, and simply repeat what I assume is a written script they are handed. "Yes. I understand you are upset Miss Janice. Your file says your package will be delivered by Monday". So I asked "does that mean it will possibly be delivered Saturday or Sunday? Because that's what 'BY Monday' implies." "No Miss Janice we are not open on weekends. "Riiiight. So even though I phoned yesterday when you left a note on my door during business hours and the person I spoke with made a note on my file that the parcel must be delivered after 4pm today, your delivery driver didn't bother reading the note and tried to deliver it at 1:16 today when I was at work. Where is my package and what time is "the end of day delivery today, because that message was left on my tracking number file when I called at 4 today?" "Yes we tried to deliver your parcel today. " "Yes, but not at 4pm as was noted in my file. Where is my package? What time is it coming?" "I'll make a note on your file MIss Janice that it must be delivered after 4 pm." "I'm sorry. I must be hallucinating. There WAS a note on my file from my phone call YESTERDAY that it was supposed to be delivered at 4pm TODAY and that didn't work DID IT???!!!" "Yes we tried to deliver your parcel today." This surreal exchange went on for 12 minutes. At that point I was nearly shrieking at the poor "customer service" agent who clearly doesn't read, write or speak English beyond repeating the four sentences in the script. I'm just astonished that this company is still in business. They must do well on first time customers. I can't imagine anyone would trust them twice. I never will again. Never. Next call is to the Better Business Bureau. What a farce.

  Fedex freight is TERRIBLE, most of the deliveries I've seen the entire product has completly shifted off the pallet and the driver has to put everything back on it before its unloaded. Every waybill says 2 pieces when they only deliver one pallet, i'm sure the typical fedex employee can understand their messed up system but to us common folk it makes no sense!. Their are a lot of terrible shipping companies but by far Fedex Freight is the worst

  I am just a normal person but they treated me very well and helped me pick my pallet with no issues and were helpful with all my qiuestions
