Bought device upgrade in October with uograded plan and even after assuring that long distance calls to my home country and to US will stay intact, now I am getting charged $20 per month (long distance charges) even for calling to Ontario!! No empathy whatsoever lacks serious knowledge when dealing with transactions. Do not go to this store!!
