They try to push upgrades down your throat especially if they find that your phone is paid off and you are eligible for an update. Everyone in the store including the lead sales guy , I think his name is Dorian does the same thing. Can't help feeling that something fishy is going on behind the scenes. My mates have said the same thing. I've decided to give this store a wide berth and do everything through customer support. Just a PSA. Do your upgrade stuff online. It is seamless.
