Making decisions was made simple by her thorough explanations and extensive understanding of bell schemes.   Yesterday, Anu was exceptionally helpful, patient and conscientious in helping my wife and I with our phone issues, even though we are not Bell's clients. Virgin Plus is our carrier. Our new Pixel 9a phones from Virgin a week ago stopped working with no signals. Anu found out immediately the eSim was the problem. She patiently tried everything to make the eSim work. She had to go through a lot on the phone with different departments in Virgin to rectify the problems. Finally she got our phones working. We thank her and her reply was a simple "you are welcome" and she was just doing her job. To 2 old folks, it was more than doing her job. She was providing us with trust and comfort in dealing with her. We have no reservations whatsoever to recommend her to anyone. Bell is lucky to have her working there. Because of her service, I am more confident in keeping my Bell's shares.

  I was asking about how to switch to Bell mobility as well as im looking for deals for new phones. This lady Sujatha of Bell customer support asked me for my personal information so she could provide me with the best deal. When i gave my contact info, she ended the chat without helping me or answering my question. I will not use or switch to Bell mobility. Poor customer service.
