  A real phone number from the red deer office would be very helpful. I’m 65 km away from RD and I want to make sure my trip is not for nothing.. but no way to contact them! Not good!!!

  Not this location per say its tge corperation needs to get rid of its ai phobe answering thing dosent listen tk a thingnu day asked to speak tk human n it refused to transferr mw multiple times noo e liles this ai crap n robot crap so get rid of it its so useless n wastes so much time

  We use Fedex quite a bit at my workplace and have to ship directly to the pick up center. The staff there are always friendly and extremely helpful.

  Have been waiting for a package was there early enough they could shipped it that day not even a expectation date very little info on wjere it was or is and it's already days late for being local source its ridiculous how long I've waited stuff from literally China will be here before it will and it was ordered after. This isn't the first time but if I can help it it will be the last time I use FedEx
