  Had an amazing experience yesterday with the sales person Porter Sweeting 🤩. I was having major problems with my Telus mobility especially with the outrageous prices they were charging and stopped in and it probably took 10 to 15 minutes to go to Telus to get my account number, go back to Bell and it was all done 😊. Got a sweet price compared to what I was paying and he was very efficient, caring, knowledgeable, explained everything to me in detail and just made it a great shopping experience!!! I got some cards from him and already gave one out to somebody who’s looking to get out of Telus too, and I will definitely be referring him to others so I highly recommend him as your consultant. Thank you so much for getting me away from Telus have had more problems with them and they don’t seem to give a rip about their customers so thank you again Porter 😊

  Had a phenomenal experience at the Bower Mall Bell Store. Trystan took the time to listen to what my husband and I were looking for and most importantly what our BUDGET was. He helped us get a great deal on two phones that were in line with our needs and budget. No hidden fees or surprises. He was honest, practical and knowledgeable about the products he was selling. We both left extremely happy and with exactly what we were asking for. The rest of the staff was great as well. Every single one of them offered help and were very friendly without trying to upsell us or push a product that we weren't interested in. Great service all the way around and a lovely experience. We will definitely be repeat customers in future!

  BE AWARE: This Bell Mobility location has "Very Poor" follow-up customer service. Yes, any of them can sell you a phone... one that repeatedly drops important business calls in areas with normal cell service. They mention they sent it away "twice" to repair the problem, but it comes back continually doing the same thing. However, their "loaner phone" did NOT do this at all. This locations "Manager" was standing close by... looked at her customer and then did absolutely nothing to help, ignoring a very frustrated client whose phone is still on Warranty and bought at this location!! Also, they "accidentally" swiped the phone clean, losing 20 years of business info & contacts, plus their customers cherished photos... then they neglect to offer to replace it with a new phone since it is still on warranty. Nor do they call Samsung on behalf of their customer because it is still on warranty, nor do they offer any type of solution to their products annoying problems. Adding insult to injury, the phone tech disrespectfully tells his valuable customer to "call Samsung", then walks away and proceeds to help a "new customer" possibly planning to sell them one of their questionable cell phones they most likely have NO plans to offer customer support for as well.
