  I want to share an exceptional customer service experience we had at the Bell Mobility store in the mall in Peace River. My daughter told us about a limited time Virgin Mobile promotion that was ending March 23. The plan was such a good deal that we decided to switch right away. She called the Peace River store and spoke with Mohammed, who kindly offered to help us and even said he would stay open for us since the store closes at 5 PM. We rushed out of the house and arrived just before closing, and true to his word, Mohammed stayed and helped our whole family switch over. The entire process was smooth, easy, and stress free. It was honestly the most seamless phone switch we have ever experienced. Mohammed was patient, professional, and very helpful, and we never felt rushed even though we arrived close to closing time. That level of customer service is rare, and it really meant a lot to our family. What impressed me even more is that because the promotion ends on March 23 and the store is closed on Sunday, Mohammed said he would be willing to open the store for customers who are serious and commit to coming in. That is incredible service and true small town dedication to customers. In a time when everything is getting more expensive and every dollar counts, Mohammed helped our family save money and made the whole experience pleasant and easy. We are very grateful for his help and highly recommend going to see him if you need anything Bell or Virgin related.
