They rely on their customers getting so frustrated that they stop asking for better (which never comes) and give up because people NEED their phones. They provide contracts that are legally binding for YOU (even if there’s proof of a scam- thanks for that incredibly high bill) and when they decide that’s not working for them anymore, they will cut your plan features with no warning whatsoever. That being said though, one employee in Medicine Hat location named Jennifer sets the bar higher. She is willing to fight for what’s right for her customers and keeps her cool in stressful situations. She should be recognized and accommodated for her amazing customer service skills! Bell as a whole should take some pages out of her book. So overall- DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH BELL. But if for you, like us, it’s too late- make sure you get to the store and speak with Jennifer.
