It goes a long way with customer service when you have two very knowledgeable and inviting workers. These two were a joy to be around, made everything with adding a new number and getting a phone in our plan a breeze. I highly Recommend Bell store in the Lloyd Mall. When we were leaving, John even told us to be careful on the ice. If that's not fantastic customer service I don't know what is. Who ever employs these two I would highly suggest they get some recognition for their customer service skills. Thanks again Bell in Lloyd mall

John and the manager there are just phenomenal, really have the best customer service and I trust their recommendations and advice. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
