  I’ve been with Bell for 20 years and really considering the switch to Telus now that my contract is up. At the end of a mobile contract they either charge you to keep your phone ($400-600 on top of your monthly bill) or you start a new contract where your first bill will be double. Over the many years going into Bell for new phone time I’ve always had to spend hours (3-6) in my experience with new set up. It’s such a dread.

  Went into the store looking for a better deal for a new phone for my husband and I. I have to applaud Claudia she was so knowledgeable, patient and helped us both get new samsungs and pay less than we were on our previous plans. She even helped add a new phone line for my daughter who's getting her first phone. We will definitely be coming back thank you Claudia!!!!!!

  Bri was very helpful in store getting rid of some viruses on my phone that were quote complicated to remove. She also upgraded my phone and transferred all my data to my new device and restructured my bill for better value for my money. Definitely recommend!

  Great service from Manvir and Bri. Moved 4 of my lines over from Koodo. Many system issues but they worked through them and were very kind and considerate of my time. Great pricing including a free line! Bri also went out of her way to assist with multiple data transfers and organizing and downloading my apps onto my phone the way I wanted them and even for my wife as well. Store was very very busy they definitely need more staff. Bri was calm throughout the process though and even offered me water while I was waiting.

  Trevor, Ali and Claudia are amazing to deal with. The other employees there are not helpful, lack knowledge and the person I just spoke to on the phone was the manager Bree. She was dismissive and had no interest in helping me. She just wanted me off the phone. Which is completely rude and ignorant. Clearly she needs training on customer service and how to treat people. As for Bell service its terrible. I do not recommend or suggest going with Bell. I will be using a different provider in the near future.
