They will give you a bad "customer service" number from your carrier, and if something bad happens and you go back to you ask for help, they will charge you to "fix" the mistake they initially made. Bricked my phone after their "fix" as well. Condescending staff and manager that will talk over you when you're trying to explain the problems they caused.
