This location was honest and was able to get me into a new phone with zero issues and in no time at all. Highly recommend this location if you are with bell. Really tired of the lying and being up sold on everything at the bell affiliated kiosks.. save your money and just go to the bell store.

Tried to charge me a 35$ handling fee. Didn't seem right, so I called Bell, and they said it should be free and even argued with the manager of the store over my phone. Decided to leave since that was not very professional. Escalated my call to a specialist and was told it is free, but stores can set their own policies.
