  Christian offered such great customer service. I was looking online and called the store to see what he could offer. I got a better price than online and when I got to the store he had the iPhone and color ready for me to start my device upgrading. I was very impressed with service we received and he explained everything for us. I bought a screen protector from him and he installed it for me. My daughter has autism and I was really impressed with his patience and fast service. He explained everything so there were no hidden or additional fees. I highly recommend Christian’s service. The store was very clean and organized.

  Terrible service provided by store owner paid 31.50$ just for a replacement sim card . Called Bell to reconfirm if the price was right and they told me it is 10$ for the replacement sim card at bell stores. They are taking precautionary measures onto this store owner for overcharging customers. I submitted my receipts . These store owner think they can take advantage of customers situation and can charge anything but stores like think should be closed asap. Won’t recommend anyone for any service these people are there to make money instead of providing and helping people. Moreover these people talk in their native language in front of customers and laugh on them totally harassed by them .
