He had fast replies and asked follow up questions with what I needed. I’m not yet sure if I’ll have the replacement couch cushion I need but the customer service was great nonetheless!!

A lot of "live" chats seem like the person is doing more than the one thing, which is to help me, and their responses take time between each questions that waste a lot of my time waiting for them to get back to me. It was refreshing being able to get quick responses to my questions.
