Beware of any past and future servicing work. I just visited Edmonton Callingwood location and there was evidence of fraudulent activity being conducted. I knew for a fact that the following 3 items were replaced/refilled two weeks prior at regular dealership and this Fountain Tire location attempted to bill be to replace an cab filter, battery and charging system inspection as with A/C refill. All were replace prior.
As per referred company had indicated in their reply, a mutually and favourable agreement was reached upon discovering that a failure in communication had been the main causality to my recent experience. The corporate office acted responsibly and I was please with their involvement.

I’m far from impressed, if my case isn’t resolved quickly I’m going to small claims court, mechanics apprentice missed installing parts on my truck causing damage to other components on my truck, it’s been 5 days and I’m still waiting for corporate to have my truck fixed correctly…. Corporate still hasn’t reached out.

Very poor experience at Moose Jaw and Swift Current Fountain Tires. Moose Jaw put the wrong size tires on the rear of an SUV, then Swift Current put the wrong size on as well. Will not own their mistake and are not willing to work with us to remedy the issue. Take no responsibility. Very rude customer service. Will not go back again!
Within 12 hours I had a response and my opinion has changed. They are going to own their errors and will be replacing all 4 tires in Moose Jaw. THANK YOU!!!

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire (Corporate Office)
When should I replace my tires?
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
