I’m always feeling lost when switching plans or making changes with an old or new device. Farishta was the first person who ever made me feel like it was easier than I initially thought. Farishta did an exceptional job to make sure things were clear to me. I couldn’t believe how well she knew all of the information like the back of her hand. She went above and beyond to assist me and in a timely manner I’ll add!
