  Satnan was great he helped us get better deals, very knowledgeable and patient as we had a lot of questions. We will definitely go back and deal with him on our next phone. I also want to give a shoutout to the manager as well he was superb

  Today, I was facing problem in Virgin plus network issue but when I met with Jaskaran and Satnam employee of Virgin store in West Edmonton mall. Within few minutes, they sort my network problem……. I will highly appreciated both of excellent customer services….. 👌👌👌👌

  Awful. Mohammed had 0 idea what he was doing. Messed up my account so bad I’ve spent the last 2 days on the phone with bell trying to fix what he did and still not fixed. There were 5 people in the kiosk and no one helped. Mohammed was very confidently messing up my account. Assured me things would automatically get resolved. Have now been on hold for over and hour. No one at bell can fix the mess he made.

  I visited Virgin Plus on November 28 at West Edmonton Mall to sign up for a plan, and the process initially went smoothly. However, I was shocked and deeply disappointed to learn that a different individual later went into the store and, simply by inquiring about my account, and the staff was given access to my personal information without my knowledge or authorization. This is a serious breach of confidentiality and a complete failure to protect customer privacy. There appears to be a significant lack of proper training and awareness regarding data protection and information handling. Sharing a customer’s personal details with an unauthorized person is unacceptable. I sincerely hope management addresses this incident immediately and ensures it never happens again to any other customer.
