    I have been waiting and still waiting as I write this review for a package that was supposed to be in theory delivered Monday. I am so angry cause I have been stuck Home waiting for three days now four days. This is becoming very frustrating and I would advise that nobody uses FedEx’s services unless you want to get screwed over. Unfortunately, in my case, I had no choice because I had to get a replacement delivered by FedEx. In the future, if a company says they’re sending me something by FedEx. I will definitely be saying please find another company to send me my packages.

    Extremely frustrated. We have a package that requires a signature that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. We were home all day and nobody rang the buzzer yet they said they attempted deliver - there was a pic of the front of our apartment so I thought maybe they didn’t have the code. New delivery date was Monday so I called to make sure they had the code. Then delivery was pushed to Tuesday before 5pm for an unknown reason. I stayed home all day Monday and Tuesday to make sure I could sign for it. It didn’t come Tuesday! I called again and there’s not really anything they can do!! And the driver said they attempted delivery today and showed a picture that was very dark. Our apartment is very lit up so that wasn’t even a pic of my place!! Very shady behaviour. I asked for this to be escalated but I don’t think they care. So now I have to stay home another day - 4 in total. So far.

    FedEx seriously needs to do better. My package was delivered to the wrong address, an error I had to identify myself. After contacting FedEx, lthey retrieved it, but instead of delivering it properly, the driver only stuck a “delivery attempted” notice on the building door. No call. No actual attempt. That claim is simply untrue. Despite this being their mistake, FedEx is now insisting that I must come pick up the package from their station. I’m not asking for a favour, I’m asking for my order to be delivered as it was originally paid for and intended. I will be reporting this to the client who sent the package. Service like this reflects a clear fast decline in FedEx’s standards.

    Never using FedEx again. Until this year, they have been reliable at ensuring Christmas gifts get to the states. This year, however, apparently I was missing info for customs clearance. I had 2 packages sent to 2 locations. Package one got cleared up quickly, so I thank Cory in logistics for doing his job properly. Package two has been stuck since December 10/25, & now requires some kind of clearance from the FDA, even though it contains the EXACT SAME food items as package one. It’s been made abundantly clear both packages were private gifts from me to a friend, & yet somehow package two is being treated as a commercial shipment. I can’t get the agent in charge of package two to return a call or an email, & somehow he’s always “out of the office” every time I phone, which has got to be about a dozen times at this point. In addition, I keep getting emails that the package “may be affected by customs,” but I’ve talked to customs, & they claim it’s not a customs issue, but a logistics issue. Every time I call I just keep getting the runaround, no one seems to be able to actually answer my questions, or solve the issue. If anything, it’s only getting worse. All this has occurred after FedEx told me packages containing chocolate bars can’t be shipped via ground without getting sent back, forcing me to pay over $600 in shipping costs via air mail. Now that I’ve jumped through every hoop, I have a suspicion my package is still going to get returned. Honestly, I have no idea, as the logistics agent in charge of package two has basically done nothing to return any form of communications. If package two gets returned, I will be demanding a full refund as this whole problem is due to FedEx employees not doing their jobs properly, starting with not informing me at the very beginning that additional information would be required for the packages to be cleared once in the U.S.. I can tell you now, this will be the last time I ship anything through FedEx, & I no longer recommend anyone use their services. *UPDATE* So, apparently I’m going to have to file a complaint in person. On Dec 29, 2025 I managed to finally get through to the agent in charge of processing package two, named Christian. However, as soon as I said my name, he hung up on me. I immediately phoned back, & wouldn’t you know it, he was no longer available. I then requested to talk to a supervisor, & told a supervisor was also not available, but my case would be pushed to management, & I was promised I’d receiver a call back before end of day. It’s now been over 24hrs, no one from management has reached out, Christian STILL has not returned any communication, & according to the tracker nothing is being done with my package. This is by far the absolute worst experience I’ve had with any company, let alone one as big as FedEx.

    If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Yet another useless delivery company in Edmonton. I’ve been waiting for my package since December 2nd; today is the 11th and it still hasn’t been delivered. I tried speaking with someone from customer support twice — completely unhelpful and rude. I was at home the entire day waiting for my package on the scheduled delivery date. When I refreshed the tracking page, the driver simply took a photo of my front door and wrote that they supposedly left a notice with pickup instructions. I went downstairs three times and there was no notice at all. So that was a lie from both customer support and the courier. I submitted an online request to pick up my package at the location — the same location customer service had to tell me over the phone, because otherwise I wouldn’t have known where my package even was. They also blamed me for not standing at the main entrance of the building waiting for the courier. If I’m unable to pick up my package from this location, I will continue leaving the lowest possible ratings for your service across all platforms <3
