    I don't know if it was this ship center but it was from Best buy attempted to make a delivery. Nobody was home. I just missed them then. They said it would be redelivered online on the 15th of February. Got somebody to wait for the package all day. Then they said the 16th and I called to confirm and they said it won't be until Tuesday now. Just a terrible company all together. I would never use FedEx worst experience for the delivery company ever

    Paying priority fee to get ship fast to Canada and my package somehow stuck in Alaska and the team cant reason why and took days to get ship the Edm and they said no one is at home to signature which didn’t said so before on the website. Shipping frozen food and seafood over, paying mad money for it and it might gone bad by now, they take forever. Wasting my time and money and take forever to got like to real human being customers service

    Completely incompetent. My delivery is being withheld and the tracking says my address cannot be located (I live in the middle of Vancouver). Sat on the phone with an agent who confirmed the address is correct and they made a mistake, but they won't release the package for delivery until I say a secret word. I just had a farcical call with a completely unhelpful agent going around in circles... She confirmed my name, the tracking number, what the shipment is and where it came from... but apparently I need to give a secret word. My order contains a butter dish from a kitchenware company, not state secrets. It's impossible to tell if FedEx are actually this incompetent, or whether I am being pranked?
