When it got to Edmonton, DHL sent it off to Loomis (who doesn’t deliver to me and doesn’t hold the package), so they sent it back to DHL. Then these yahoos tell me I can pick it up from my local Staples. Never any confirmation. Then I’m told nope, they already gave it to Intelcom to deliver to me. Intelcom has no idea and they currently have nothing in their queue that’s coming to my house. WILL NEVER USE DHL AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I had sent them an email around 2 weeks ago sending the adress again incase it had been mistyped, and no reply. The phone puts you on hold for ages, and I've gotten no where. Absolutely terrible service, my 4 year old niece could do better.
