This team gave me one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a phone company. I’ve been with Rogers and Telus in the past, but I’ve never felt the same level of customer care and appreciation that I did with Bell. It was truly all hands on deck to figure out the issue, and I’m so grateful I made the decision two years ago to switch over. The customer service was top-notch — Natalia, Rohan, and Adam, you’re all wonderful people. Thank you for everything you did. Because of you, I’ll forever be a loyal Bell customer.

Adam spent a good two hours with me in total and I went home very happy with a brand new Iphone Air! Both of them were very friendly, patient, courteous, respectful, explained and answered all my questions. Adam was very transparent as regards explaining the plan terms, billing, etc. I had the best customer service in a long time! Their service reminded me why I’m also a long time Bell customer.
