    I had a terrible experience at Bell. I was sold the wrong AirPods due to misinformation and an incorrect analysis by a sales representative. The rep was super confident with the details provided, but they turned out to be false. This purchase wasted all my money on a product that is totally useless for me. When I went back for help, the staff was rude and tried to make me feel guilty for something that wasn't my fault. A salesperson even told me to leave the store immediately. I spoke with the manager other day, who initially said she would resolve the issue in the coming days, but then she became dismissive . Funny thing she said me I’m at 50% fault . I left feeling incredibly disheartened and unheard. It's essential for Bell to have knowledgeable staff who know their products to avoid such situations. This whole experience has left me feeling extremely bad

    Tammana and Mitali helped me with updating my phone and plan. Were amazing with their advice and assistance with picking the right phone for me. Tammana was great with helping with both my case protection and getting some headphones for a great price. It has been another great experience with bell employees.
