Dude didn’t even make eye contact just wanted to sell me a phone. I called customer service they checked and everything they told me to do this location has to do. No help was offered what’s so ever. Don’t argue with customers make eye contact be helpful and do what is in this locations criteria to do for a customer. Instead of being wrong and extremely rude. Like not respecting someone enough to look them in the eyes or even make a full sentence is extremely rude. I’ve never had anyone do that before in any store in my life.

Instead, we were given Saskatchewan numbers without being told what that meant, only that they were “cheaper”. This lack of transparency caused us ongoing issues and embarrassment when people assumed our calls were scams. This feels like taking advantage of people who are new and unfamiliar with the system. I would not recommend this location at least to newcomers.
